π0-FAST

Autoregressive variant of π0 that tokenizes action chunks with FAST, a DCT-plus-byte-pair-encoding action tokenizer, instead of using a flow-matching head. The paper reports matching diffusion-style VLA performance with up to 5x less training time; a DROID-fine-tuned checkpoint is released in openpi.
